What program and version are you trying to use?
Vista is not released yet and thus we can not officially support any use of Morpheus products on it yet.

i am using vista RC1 on laptop to test ,but i use Morpheus 3 on my desktop i wanted to test program to run with vista

When Vista is released, we will make sure Morpheus runs fine on it. I suspect there should be no problems with the final release of Vista though.
