I tried to purchase the industrial version using Visa, entered all of the information correctly and my Visa account is active and paid current. Why won't your system allow my purchase?

There is only 1 attempted purchase from your email address and your card was denied. Credit card companies do not provide the reason cards are denied to the merchants charging the cards. For more information, you would need to contact the bank which issued your card.
