installation problems

Postby jjroth219 » Wed Oct 11, 2006 9:27 am

I purchased Morpheus Photo Animation Suite v3.00 Industrial - Download and when I attempt to install the software, I get a message that tells me a source file is corrupted. It will not allow me to ignore, and I have retried several times to no avail. I am getting ready to request a refund... any ideas before I do that?

If your download is corrupt, then either you have a virus, or the file did not complete downloading 100%, or you are using some sort of internet "accelerator" program which is actually breaking the download.

I don't have a virus. How would I know if I'm using an accelerator program? What are the common ones that I can look for? I have never had trouble downloading any software of any kind before... If you can't help me resolve this, I'll be requesting a refund. I really don't have a whole lot more time to be fooling around here.

Just re-download the program. The download on our website is not any different than an installer downloaded from other places would be. Please report the exact file size and version number by right clicking on the file and selecting Properties if you would like to verify the current version.

I've re-downloaded it about five times... I'm giving up and getting a refund.

Without even reporting the size and version of the file you are getting?
