Hi all. I downloaded and installed Morpheus and it seemed to install OK. But when I try to run the program, it gets hung up on "configuring smartsound quicktracks plugin". I have no idea what this is or how to get around it. It is apparently looking for a smartsound.msi file that I cannot even locate on my computer. It took my activation code OK when I installed the program, and I tried un-installing and re-installing, but same error pops up. Please help. Thanks, Richard

Morpheus does not use, come with, or know about any such piece of software, but since it is an *.msi file, that means it is using the Windows Installer, which Morpheus also does not use. Windows is likely needing some file for some unrelated reason and the only way to find out for sure would be to locate what program actually came with that msi file and let Windows finish installing or uninstalling that.

I guess I am confused as this only pops up when I try to run Morpheus.
