A Desperate Upgrade Problem!

This is something I wish I never got started with! I originally had the v1.85 which was great because of the dot-delay. Over time, because of various computer reasons, the program became unuseable and has been awhile. Recently, I purchased the v3.00 Photo Animation Suite which is excellent, but no dot-delay. So, I upgrade to the Industrial assuming it has everything. So, here is a list of problems and questions:
1. It appears I have two separate programs. If I launch the Suite and try to use the Industrial features, it prompts me to upgrade, and while the features show-up they don’t work.
2. If I launch the Industrial, with beginner mode unchecked, the Morpheus Layout Wizard doesn’t have the list of options, e.g. warp layout and photo mix layout. I thought the two programs would merge themselves?
3. Since I’m doing work mostly in warping, can this be done with the Industrial?
4. The most important, is whether in any case the dot-delay even works with warps?
I believe I can do the things I want, just don’t have it set-up right, but may be wrong. I’ve got $160 in this software that may find its way to the shelf before it’s over. Any possible help from ANYONE would be appreciated before I throw-in the towel.
Thank You!

It looks like you purchased Morpheus Photo Animation Suite v3.00 Standard and then later purchased Morpheus Photo Morpher v3.00 Industrial. These are two separate programs and while you can do morphs in both, you can only do warps and mixes with the Animation Suite.
Dot Delay was changed in v3.00 as you can read about at
http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... lay-option
You can use these features in the Industrial edition of your Morpher installation, but they will not be available in the Standard edition.

So, I've wasted $100 for nothing! And all I wanted was the dot-delay to use in my warps, and was desperate enough to buy something I was hoping I could do everything with. I suppose in morhing I may gain the use of the Industrial, but what a price to pay for a feature that was available in the v1.85!
I actually don't understand what the thinking was in the development of these programs?
Therefore, you are saying I should have upgraded to the Professional maybe? Or, exactly, what should I have done?
Whatever the case, I lost money before on software, I guess I'll lose it again. And I doubt Morpheus Software will make it right.
And please, don't direct me to that link. I've read the thing dozens of times and can't make any sense out of any of it.

Each product (Morpheus Photo Morpher and Morpheus Photo Animation Suite) has the various editions such as Standard, Professional, and Industrial. Please look at
http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... ompare.php to compare the features available in each product edition and let us know which product it is that you wanted.

Okay, I see now. I must have overlooked the comparison chart when ordering.
So, what I have done:
I first purchased the Morpheus Photo Animation Suite Standard. When I upgraded, I chose the Morpheus Photo Morpher Industrial, but should have selected the Morpheus Photo Animation Suite Industrial, which has everything according to the chart. Correct?
If so, give me the link so I can make sure I get the right one which would be the Morpheus Photo Animation Suite Industrial.
Now, what will the difference be? Because I will have two programs I won't use.

You can upgrade to Morpheus Photo Animation Suite v3.00 Industrial and apply the difference in prices from your first two purchases. The total should come to around $40. You don't need Morpheus Photo Morpher anymore because Morpheus Photo Animation Suite combines Morpher, Warper, and Mixer into one program which allows you to create morphs, warps, and mixes. You can just uninstall Morpher and enter your new activation code into your install of Animation Suite to change that from the Standard edition to the Industrial edition.
Please email support (link at the top of this page) with this information so they can provide you information specific to your order and how to make sure you get both discounts onto one new order.
