Locate Order not working new computer

My original laptop has crashed, but I did buy the CD that Morpheus sends out--problem, I cannot get the Unlock Key because all of the emails (I have 5) I have used are not recognized. I just want to use the product please help!!

Please email support to have them try to locate your order. If you purchased from a reseller, your order may not be in our database and you would need to contact that reseller directly to locate information specific to your order.
