Cannot send e-mail

After I did a morph and I want to send it to a friend. The program says that he sent the e-mail successfully but none of my friends received it do you know why? Also How come if I use my chat window to send the swf and when they reveived the file and try to opened it it says restricted thank you

SWFs cannot be displayed inside of the email in certain email programs such as Outlook. This is just the nature of how that particular email program works. You must follow the link in the email or try sending as GIF instead.
