A question like this might be better directed towards Microsoft support since the issue at hand revolves around using Frontpage, not using Morpheus. Morpheus can export to GIF or SWF files, both of which are great of web use. There is nothing special about a GIF or SWF file generated from Morpheus as opposed to another program, so there is no reason Frontpage or any other program would have any difficulty using those files if it supports those types of files.
Assuming you can edit your HTML by hand, there will be no trouble using either format in a web page, since GIF files can be inserted with a normal <img src="morph.gif"> and SWF files generated from Morpheus can also generate a sample HTML segment that will tell most browsers to load the Flash plugin.
Since we do not have or use any Microsoft Office products here, we can not test any particular functions of those products, but perhaps another forum user who also uses Frontpage can help you out. If not, your best bet is to contact Microsoft support for more information on using their products.
