i've tried to find info on this from many of the forums, but haven't found the answer. i'm using windows xp, i dropped my operating system to ie6 as it wouldn't run in ie7. what am i missing? any help would be very appreciated.

This makes no sense. Do you have the program downloaded and installed? Perhaps you have Morpheus confused with some other program? This does not sound like Morpheus at all here.

There is no product called Morpheus Plus. You don't receive downloads or anything like that with any of the Morpheus products either, so I'm not sure exactly what the trouble you are having is?
You can download Morpheus Photo Morpher v3.00 from our website at http://www.morpheussoftware.net/ or click on a different product under the Products menu to go to the homepages for Morpheus Photo Warper, Mixer, or Animation Suite.
