Unless you reinstall Windows, you will not need to do anything at all, the program will remain activated.

Ok. And what to do after Windows reinstallation? I'm actually want to know in which cases I can lost my license.

You would need to email support if you lost your activation code and cannot locate it with our automatic tool. If you have your order number that will help too.
