My computer crashed and I lost everything on my HD. I recall purchasing the extended downlod option. How and where do I find this and the activation code? :(

If you purchased from us on our website, you can use the Locate Order tool under the Support menu on our website to retrieve your order information including activation code. If you placed your order with a reseller, you would need to contact that reseller directly, as we would not have any records of the sale.
