I have just completed a morph that works very well. However, I found out that the 'before' and 'after' photos were mislabeled and as a result, my morph is backwards. Is it possible to switch the two photos without redoing all my dots?

You have two options. The easy way out is to just change the Render Direction in the Timeline Options window to 'Backward'.

If you want to work on your morph with the opposite pictures in the Start and End window, you can add a new morph to your timeline, unlink it if it is linked to your first morph, and copy and paste all of the dots from the pictures on morph 1 to the pictures on morph 2, after loading the pictures into the opposite spots on morph 2. Then simply delete morph 1 from your timeline.
