To any Morpheus Employee monitoring this forum: Help

I bought Morpheus Pro on Dec 15 and never received my license key.
I sent emails to every address on your website and never got a reply.
I just now tried to register with this forum using the same email address
I supplied when ordering and didn't get the registration confirmation
email. Finally I registered using the email address on this account
which is different and did get the registration response. Not sure
what the deal is, I'm certainly getting lots of other email to my
original address and it's not a disk space or mailbox full problem
at my ISP.

Obviously something is either filtering my messages to you or your
responses to me. Can you please reply with a private message in
this forum or to the other email address I sent in my other emails
if you got any of them? The transaction id was 2N0882852L7350314.

I don't know where the messages are spilling out of the internet
but for some reason there's bad email karma between your site
and my mailbox. Or something. Maybe it's some SPAM filter but
if so it's not something I have enabled. Perhaps it could be some
"protection" my ISP has provided. Who knows.

While I can't locate orders based on a paypal transaction ID (the ID we would see on our side never matches the ID you would get) I see your order, as well as the email to the support@ address. The receipt email and the duplicate receipt emails you requested where all sent instantly, and your email to support was answered. No bounce or error message was found, so it is apparent that your ISP or your email software is silently dropping the emails from us.

I am sorry that we do not have private messages enabled on this forum, and I would not want to post your order details publicly. Please check your bulk/junk folders or contact your ISP to see why the email is being dropped without reason. You can request a duplicate order receipt on our website at any time, once you have cleared up the email problem, and the order email will be sent instantly, and you should receive it in a matter of seconds normally.

Checked Trash, ISP says no

I have been checking my trash, etc bins and there's nothing.
I provided an alternate email address in the other emails I sent
before posting to this forum. Can't you just have someone
send the key to that alternate email address like I asked in this
posting and in those other emails?

I opened a trouble ticket in with my ISP but they just said they're
not doing anything to block emails from your domain. So all you
can do is say it's them and all they can do is say it's not.
Meanwhile I've proven the other email I sent you works fine
yet I'm still stuck without a key.

Sorry to sound so frustrated but I'm helpless here and $50 poorer.

I only get to see emails to support@, if you sent emails to other addresses, I wouldn't have them. What is your alternate email address? I can update your order no problem.
*edit* nevermind, I will use the one you registered on the forum with.
