i can't get morppheus to connect for the first time

i'm pretty sure I have a problem with my firewall...I have symantec on my computer, and i disabled it and i also enabled morpheus as an exception...could anyone help me?

A question like this may be more easily answered by Symantec. Morpheus requires internet access in order to activate the first time and if it cannot connect, that means some program is still blocking its access.
