I now place dots by holdinge the Alt key down & clicking position by using the mouse. Is there a way of placing a continuos line of dots at one time without without having to click each dot separately? Is there a way to place the dots without holding the Alt key down? Thanks for any help!

There is a limit to the number of dots you can place, and there is a point very much under that limit where placing more dots is not going to really help you produce a smoother morph. Holding ALT and clicking is the quickest way to lay down many dots at once, but placing them even faster in a continuous stream would be more detrimental to your morph.
