I bought Morpheus v1.85 4/29/2005 order # 56183773 and never recieved download instructions. I called today and was directed to the d/l site and have downloaded same. When installing was asked for an activation code. I do not have it. I checked back on the download site and no activation code was found. Please send code.

From the order number, I can tell that you did not order directly from us, but from a reseller. You must use the download and activation code provided by that reseller as the download on our website may not accept their activation code. You will need to contact the reseller directly if they did not provide you with an activation code, as they should have.
