Just purchased and did receive email with only a link to download the program. There was an order number in the subject but that was all. Then did the locate order and received same thing except also link to locate order url.

HELP.... trying to do something for my work!

Please check your email software or filters as it seems you are not displaying the email correctly. There is definately much more than just a download link in the email you received.

Since I don't have a clue how to figure this out can I have it sent to my husband's email address?

I get this error now when trying to activate. I am connected to the internet..... would be able to post this msg if not.

More remedial help needed here.

What error do you receive?

I am being told to check my firewall for having normal access but don't seem to be having any problems with email or internet browser, so lost in what to do.

I am now at my office which has access to the internet and am still receiving Error code 12029.

So now this is two different internet connections with the same problem?

Please somebody help me so I can get my project done or I will need to return this software and find something that will work for me now.

Any 12xxx error code means that the program is being denied access to the internet. This could be any number of 3rd party software, but you must check your firewall or proxy type programs and ensure that Morpheus is allowed normal web access. Just because your email or web browser is allowed does not mean your computer is allowing other programs.

I don't know how... could someone walk me through it?

Unfortunately, no we cannot. You should contact your system administrator if this is at a business setting. There are too many 3rd party proxy and firewall software programs, and even if we knew which one you were using, we don't know how it is set up in your particular case or how to change its configuration. Under a normal installation of Windows with no software designed to get in the way of other programs using the Internet, Morpheus will activate without issue. It has been tested extensively under everything from Windows 95 to Windows XP without incident.

FYI

I disabled this software and it accepted the activation code.
