I put in the wrong e-mail address when I bought the software. I have sent an e-mail but got no response. I downloaded the software but can not use it because I didn't get the activation code. I jusst got my credit card bill and was charged.

The purchase date was September 18th. Can you please contact me so i can get you my correct information.

You can email our support address and they can retrieve the activation code for you.
