when i insert picture one and picture two they are so large it's impossible to work on them both. how can i make the pixs smaller to fit into the boxes to work on

Morpheus displays the pictures the actual size you have them saved as. You can resize them in any image editing program before loading them into Morpheus, or try using the zoom feature in Morpheus.
