Like other users that have had problems, I too received no activation code with my acknowledgement e-mail. Where do I find it?

If you purchased directly from us, you will receive an email with an activation code in it. If you did not receive the email, it is because you or your ISP blocked it, and you can request a new one to be automatically sent by selecting Locate Order from the Purchase menu on our website.
