i have just downloaded worked how to do the morphing thing, the probelm is when i went to do my personal photos they came out :evil: large very large bigger than the screen and all i could see was thew top corner and would have to keep moving the slider up and down help

Morpheus displays the pictures in their correct and full size you have them saved as. If this is too large, you should shrink them down to the size you want before loading them into Morpheus.
