Program behavior when launching Morpheus

Every time I launch Morpheus Photo Morpher, my system reacts by displaying the dialog "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?" This is a common dialog when installing an app. But no other app on my system causes this dialog to display merely by launching it. Why is this happening?

It could be that the program is not correctly installed, or it could be something unrelated to Morpheus. Morpheus does not need any special permissions other than when you activate the software. It needs admin permissions to store the activation in the registry but will function normally under a limited user account at all other times.
