Animation Suite questions

Hello,

I just got a new system and installed the Animation suite on new system.

Buy after i activated it it asked me for email address, which when i entered it i got a message in program.
The message says "That email address Bounced" and it won't accept it.

Why wont it accept my email address?
It has been my email address for many years and is the same one i purchased the software from.
Or does it mean that it is already registered for new and updates?

Please let me know.

Bounced means that your email provided stopped accepting emails for you. Normally this happens when a user closes their account, but could also be triggered by errors like mailbox full, or if your ISP thinks emails from us are junk and blocks them entirely. When an email is bounced back to us, our system will automatically remove you from our mailing lists and prevent that address from being signed up again, as typically you would not be receiving any email from us anymore anyway. In this case, I've manually re-added your email address as a valid address in our system.

Hey Ark,

Thanks for the fast reply and help, I appreciate it.

Not sure why that happened as I have a paid email account with lots of storage for emails and not even close to full.
Anyways thanks again for fixing the issue for me.
