I have not been able to find a way to create a cartoon like (I have Morpheus Photo Animation Suite) like you guys show on your image of the software.

Morpheus products are animation software programs that require you to provide the images used to create your animation. For a morph, the animation created is a transition between the two pictures you load into the software and how the animation progresses is defined by where you place the dots on the two pictures.
