Due to a clean install lost my activation code e-mail etc.
Clan install of Win 7 was performed after a Trojan horse virus removal.'

My second problem is that hotmail cancel my account and the company only send the activation code to that account. I did several efforts to get the email account again, however, it is imposible for me to get it again. Can I receive the activation code to my new email account?

Please email support and include your old and new email address, as well as any other information about your order, and they should be able to change your email address on file.
