I went to your site to find out when I would recieve download instructions and activation code. It said it had been sent. Usually this type of purchase is handled much quicker than this. I haven't even recieved a purchase confirmation e-mail. :(

The receipt email is sent automatically the instantly you order or request a duplicate. If you are not getting the email, it is most likely because you or your ISP are blocking it.
