OK I paid via my bank card. How do I know if you gave me the version to download I followed all of your instructions to download , The ammount was 19.95 but I chose the up grade and paid $29.95 This was a special that borderbu or some one like that offered me The code given is bad and I'm in a trial mode only for the next 4 days. I want this corrected or my money returned :twisted:

If you purchased Morpheus from a 3rd party you must download the version of the installer from that party, as the version on our website does not accept activation codes issused by other parties.

When I clicked on to the offer it sent me to your site and that is where I BOUGHT it from

Our site is not the same as Broderbund's site. Bronderbund is a software reseller and if you purchased from them and then downloaded the installer from our website, your activation code will not work.

I Don't believe I purched it from Borderbud . Check your files you will see I purchased it from you..Beside How could they sell your product and not have the right codes

Do you have an order number. If it is from us I would be able to tell based on the format of the number. Otherwise I need some information to locate your order.
