1. Do I have to reinstall every time I open the program? Or do I just open an old layout and go to a new layout from there?
2. Can I Load Pictures from iPhoto that have been cropped, rather than the originals in the Pictures file?
3. Where do I turn off the beginner mode so that I can do multiple morphs in one series?

No, you should not reinstall the program, just run it like a normal program.

Yes, you can load any cropped picture, as long as it is in a format that Morpheus supports (JPG, PNG, etc)

You can disable Beginner Mode in the wizard that appears when you start the program, or in the Morpheus/Preferences window.
