Working with PNG

I have saved a one word text in PNG format in PhotoShop. When I load it into Morpheus 3.1 Std, it appears as a black rectangle with the text barely distinguishable within the black box. Why doesn't it import or load as a true PNG format?

Morpheus does import the PNG exactly as it is saved. However, it only displays the RGB channels. You probably have an alpha channel for transparency that changes how it is displayed in web browsers. With the Professional edition of Morpheus Photo Morpher or Animation Suite, you can morph the alpha channel of the images you load as well, and as long as the format you are rendering to supports alpha channels, it can be saved into the files you render as well. You can also use the threshold option to control how single-level transparency is stored if you render to other formats like Animated GIF. Please see the section on Transparency under Timeline Options at http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheu ... ne-options
