Help Please with Activation

I just purchased this program from Broderbund and downloaded the program. Prior to downloading I was given a serial number. When prompted I put in the number and continued to install the program. When I try to use the program I keep getting the message "12007 Name not resolved" I tried to activate while online with the serial number given to me and I still get the same message.
I've tried at least a dozen times to get this thing to work. No luck yet.

You must make sure you don't have any firewall or proxy software interfering with normal internet access.
