I have used Morpheus before and I was able to correctly render the animated gif that I created. But now I am getting a horrible pixelated gif even though the preview is clear and smooth. Also the created morph is small in size. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you set the render speed/quality tradeoff option to a value higher than 1. Change it back to 1 in the Timeline Options window.
