I'm using the professional mode for mac and have been trying to export my morph to quicktime .mov file.
The problem I have is that the videos come out completely black. Any idea why that is?

It could be the codec you have selected, or perhaps something related to alpha channels. Normally if you're not rendering the alpha channel, only 24-bit RGB data is sent to Quicktime for compression though.
