In my morph sequence, I need to replace the very first photo. When I go to "clear" and "load" under the Picture dropdown, I am only altering the second photo in my sequence, not the first for some reason.

Help, please, quick!

Those menu options will apply to whichever picture window is current active. Click on a different picture window first (the title in the tab will turn bold to indicate it is the active window), then select the menu option you want to affect that picture window.
