Hi all. We have just purchased Morpheus Photo Morpher in order to create a graduation slide show at our elementary school. However, even though we checked the tutorial before buying to ensure we could create AVI files to put in the slideshow, now that we actually have it when we render a morph it does not give us the option of creating an avi file. What should we do? :(

Which program and edition did you purchase specifically?

Photo Morpher V3.15 and the tutorial says we can save as avi

There are three different editions of Morpheus Photo Morpher. They all share the same download, installer, help files, and tutorial. Not all features are available in every edition. Please see the product about page at http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheusmorph/about.php for a list of features in each edition. AVI output is available in the Professional edition or higher. If you purchased the Standard edition, you can upgrade between editions for the difference in price.

Can I get a refund so we can purchase software that suits our purpose?

I have the professional version, but I don't see the option of how to save in AVI format. Please help me.
