Hi -

I just purchased the MAC version of the software. When trying to "share" a morph I just created, I am told I need to enable the software and enter the code that was sent to me. When I enter the code, it tells me that that code has recently been used and to contact SUPPORT if I feel this is in error.

Right now I can't use the software - do I need a new activation code or ?

Please email support using the link at the top of this page, so that you can include your order number or activation code in the email. They can look it up for you and provide more information there.

Thank you. I just sent them an e-mail, but didn't include my order #, then I sent the same e-mail, but included my order number.
