When I render timeline what setting is best for best resolution to upload on line to my sites I have videos on?

That is up to you. There is no such thing as a "best" resolution. Larger resolutions will look better, but take up more space on people's screens. Too large and people may have to scroll to see it. Too small and they may be squinting to see it. Higher resolutions also result in larger files that will take you longer to upload, and other people longer to download and start viewing.
