I may have to re-install my operating system and need my activation code re-sent, so I don't lose the program.

If you placed your original order on our website, then you can retrieve your activation code and order information online, just select Locate Order from the Support menu on our website.
A duplicate receipt with your activation code will be emailed to you instantly.

I also need to have my activation code sent the one that I have does not work.
