Alignment dots don't go away

Avi morpheus videos I have made look fine while viewing them inside the Morpheus program itself. However, when I try to view them in Quicktime all the alignment dots that I place when doing the work remain on the faces. Is this normal?

My setup is on a MAC running Snow Leopard OSX. Currently I only have the entry level version of the software. I intend to upgrade but I would like this question answered before I pull the trigger on the extra $60 purchase.

The dots will only be rendered into your movie files if you specifically check the option to render the Dots in the What to Render section of the Morph Options.
