Is there a way to select many dots and then as they are select (blinking) ZOOM in closer on them?

Is there a way as my many dots are select to used the up and down arrows to move 1 pix at a time? I know it does it with one dot at a time.

Yes, with the Select Dots tool, you can still use the mouse wheel to zoom, as well as the dropdown where you can type any number for the zoom value.

Ctrl+Arrows will move the dots all at once by 1 pixel. Add Shift to move by 10 pixels.

Not sure what you mean by "drop down", where is it? But I'm good with the middle mouse wheel:)
