I purchased the upgrade from standard to professional but when I download the upgrade, I still have only the standard options.

You do not need to download or reinstall the same program again if you are only upgrading the edition from Standard to Professional. The download would be the exact same file. Just enter your new activation code into the window from Help/Activate Morpheus inside the program.
