I simply cannot load pictures. I get the < Failed to load the picture ... Unable to load the file > answer repeatedly.
Pictures are 3072 x 2304 pixels, which is far from the 32767 px limit I read about. I did put the Timelines Options to that size, which doesn't change the result.
How do you do it ?

What file format are the pictures?

I tried without success the 3072 x 2304 px file saved as .psd, .tif, and .jpg even though those are supported formats as indicated in the "Files of type" bar.
I resized the same file to 1000 x 750 px, and then it loads OK, tif or jpg.
So the issue seems to be possibly size-related, even though I did prepare the expected size in the Iimelines Option menu.
The problem is I did purchase the software to work on real pictures, not stamps.

There is no limit that would prevent you from using pictures 3072x2304, and setting any option in the Timeline Options window would not effect the ability to load such pictures.
What you could do, is email the pictures you know do not load to support using the link at the top of this page, so that we can look at them more closely.
