What is the largest movies/quality I can make a morph?.I would like to include on a slide show which will be viewed on a TV and PC.

32767x32767 is the largest size you can set in the Timeline Options window, although movies of that size are mostly impractical due to memory limitations.
Quality is largely determined by the codec you select, or the file type you render to. For SWF or JPG, you can set the quality in the Timeline Options window from 1 to 100, but anything above 90 is usually a waste of file space that you will not notice.
