I bought Morpheus this morning, then upgraded to the pro package. But since I did that, the 'render timeline' option has become defunct. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Please explain what you mean. Is the option greyed out, or does it go to something else? What message do you see?

It's not greyed out, it just does nothing when I click on it. Nothing appears

Does the Play button work in the Preview window?

Which program specifically (version, edition, OS) did you purchase?

It's mac v3.01 standard. I can play the preview, it just won't render

You may want to try reinstalling the program then. Also try deleting the Morpheus plist files from your local preferences directory.

Thanks, that worked, but the rendered timelines are heavily pixelated

Most likely, don't set the Rendering Speed option to anything but 1.
