i bought a camera which the morpheus program came with and i try to install it and it asks for an activation code, i didnt get an activation code. however i do have a serial number

There are no such things are serial numbers for any of our products. What is the most likely case is a reseller or reseller's reseller mislabeled things somewhere down the line, since we don't sell our software on any cameras ourselves.
If it is 16 letters/numbers long, it is most likely your activation code.
