When I render my timeline, all of the photos are blurry and pixely. And I do not have the option for render an avi file... only swf and photo files.

The settings used to render your timeline are what you set in the Timeline Options window. Please try starting a new morph and leaving all settings at the default to see if the problem remains. If so, you may be using source picture which are too small and lack the detail to produce any detail in the final rendered animation.
