Transfer license to a new computer

I have Morpheus software properly installed and activated on one machine. I would like to transfer the license to a new machine. The software is installed on the new machine, but it's asking for a new activation code. Both machines are currently on the internet (and next to each other). What is the proper procedure for doing this?

You can uninstall the software from control panel add/remove programs, then install the software and use your activation code on the new computer.
