My old PC died and I have a new PC. I have installed the Animation Suite, but am unable to enter the activation code. I keep getting the msg that I must be online.

I tried adding Morpheus to the allowed access list of applications in Norton Internet Security, but no go. I have also tried disabling the security software, still no go.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Also, new machine is running Vista 64 bit (old one was XP sp 3). Morpheus program is Photo Animation Suite v 3.10

If you receive such a message, unfortunately that must mean that something somewhere is blocking the program from reaching our website. Without any 3rd party software, there would be no issues with Morpheus activating. Since we do not know what other programs you may have installed, nor do we know if Norton is properly configured or not, it is very difficult to say exactly what is causing the trouble.
