I'm trying to insert a downloaded multi-person morph into a movie I'm making with Adobe Premiere Elements. It turns out VERY choppy. How can I correct this? Is there one file extension that turns out better than others? Thanks in advance for your help

GIFs are fairly low quality file formats, limited to 256 colors by the nature of the format. Also, you may be using the default of 15fps, when for video program you may want to be using 30fps. AVI files are more likely to be supported in 3rd party movie editing software. I would try a 30fps AVI and use an MPEG-4 codec such as DivX or XviD. This may require you to re-render the morph from the original source, and also to use the Professional edition of Morpheus Photo Morpher to enable support for AVI output.
