activation code

i have an activation code but when i enter nothing happens and can not move forward i am typing correct as i am copy paste I have tried typeing it as well but still box to allow forward access not clear

Most likely, what happened is that you double-clicked the code to select it, copied it, then pasted it into the installer. This would have copied 17 letters (an extra space at the end) instead of the 16 letters that the activation code must be. This only happens on older v3.00 installers from certain resellers, as installers that prompt for an activation code on newer versions will ignore the spaces.

i also tried typing it in, and no such luck.
