music file help

I am attempting to copy music from my Morpheus file to my Lynxs Wireless media adapter file manager, and I need hand holding. I have no idea how to go about this.

Morpheus does not support any sound files at this time. Only pictures and videos can be morphed. Future versions may support adding sound.
